Provider Profile
Before listing your product on Snowflake Marketplace, you need to set up your provider profile.
Overview
A provider profile represents your company on the Snowflake Marketplace. It contains essential information about your organization and is required before you can list any data products or applications.
Provider Profile Fields

Managing Your Profile
Creating/Editing a Profile
- Sign in to Snowsight
- Switch to ACCOUNTADMIN role or a role with CREATE DATA EXCHANGE LISTING privilege
- Navigate to Data Products » Provider Studio » Profiles
- Select Update Profile (or create new)
- Fill in required information
- Submit for approval
Note: Most profile changes require Snowflake approval before becoming visible in the Marketplace, except for Business and Technical contact updates.
Deleting a Profile
You can delete a provider profile if it's not associated with any listings:
- Sign in to Snowsight
- Switch to ACCOUNTADMIN role or appropriate privileged role
- Navigate to Data Products » Provider Studio » Profiles
- Select the profile
- Choose Delete Profile
- Confirm deletion
Important: Ensure no listings are associated with the profile before attempting deletion.
