Overview
The Channel Partner Private Offer
(CPPO, or reseller private offer plans in GCP Marketplace) empowers Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to grant Channel Partners access to wholesale pricing for their software solutions. This functionality enables ISVs to delegate the financial and contractual aspects of customer relationships within the GCP Marketplace to their Channel Partners.
Within the Suger, ISVs/Sellers can efficiently oversee CPPO_OUT
(reseller private offer plans of GCP marketplace), CPPO private offers
, and CPPO entitlements
in a unified manner. Additionally, CPPO entitlements
benefit from overage usage metering support when the relevant usage metering dimensions are available.
Prerequisite
If you would like to enable Suger to manage your GCP reseller discounts or private offer plans, refer to the following guidelines for granting IAM roles within your GCP organization (instead of your GCP project).

Reseller Private Offer Plan
You, as ISV/Seller, can authorize channel partners to resell your products by creating a Reseller Private Offer Plan
for these partners in Suger Platform. Click the button of New Resale Authorization
in the Suger console offer page, select the target GCP product listing and fulfill the info listed as below:

Start Time

Billing Account Information: The billing account info of the reseller.
Account Name
: The name of the billing account.Account ID

Usage Plan Pricing Model

Commit Amount: The commit amount of the reseller private offer plan, how much the reseller will pay you for the contract private offer created by this opportunity.

Usage Discount: The discount of the usage plan. only applicable to plan with usage.

Reseller discount: The reseller discount on commitment amount in percentage. range from 0% to 100%. 0% means no discount, 100% means full discount.

Duration: The duration of the reseller private offer plan in months.

Offer Settings: The settings of the reseller private offer plan.
Allow scheduled start date
: Whether allow the reseller private offer plan to start at a scheduled date.Allow auto renewal

End User License Agreement: Select the EULA between Standard GCP Marketplace Contract and your custom contract.
