Gong

Overview​

Gong is a revenue intelligence platform that captures and analyzes customer interactions across calls, meetings, and emails. Integrate with Gong to enrich sales data with conversation intelligence and track deal progression through call analytics.

Org-Level vs User-Level​

Org-Level: Organization-wide Gong access via OAuth. Best for company-wide analytics and reporting.

User-Level: Personal Gong account access per user via OAuth. Connect your individual Gong account.

Create Integration (Org-Level)​

Prerequisites​

  • Gong account with API access
  • Gong API key with appropriate permissions

Authenticate by API Key​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Gong"
  3. Enter your Gong API key
  4. Verify the connection

Create User Integration​

Use user-level integration when you want to connect your personal Gong account.

  1. Click Connect Now button in the User Integrations section
  2. You will be redirected to Gong to authorize
  3. Grant access to your Gong data
  4. Return to Suger to confirm connection

Deleting the integration will remove access to Gong immediately.

Edit Integration​

Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.

Delete Integration​

Deleting removes the integration from Suger.

This does not delete your call recordings or data in Gong. Check Gong for any additional API key cleanup if needed.
