The Invoice & Payment module provides buyers with clear visibility into billing and payment information related to accepted offers and active entitlements. It helps buyers track charges, review billing records, and monitor payment history in a centralized location.

Invoice

An Invoice represents a billing record for charges associated with an entitlement.

Buyer Service provides a centralized invoice list that allows buyers to review and search invoice records across vendors and products.

Note: Detailed invoice information is maintained by the underlying cloud marketplace and is not displayed within Buyer Service.

Payment

A Payment represents a completed payment record related to one or more invoices.

Buyer Service provides a payment list that allows buyers to view and search payment records across vendors.

Payment information is displayed for reference and tracking purposes.
