DocuSign

Overview

DocuSign is an electronic signature and agreement cloud platform that enables secure document signing and workflow automation. By connecting Suger to DocuSign, you can automate agreement signing processes, manage contracts, and track signature statuses for your cloud marketplace operations.

Org-Level vs User-Level

Org-Level: Uses API key or OAuth for organization-wide access.

User-Level: DocuSign integration is org-level only and does not support user-level connections.

Create Integration (Org-Level)

Prerequisites

  • DocuSign account with API access
  • DocuSign Integration Key (Client ID) and User ID
  • RSA keypair for JWT authentication or authorization code grant

Authenticate

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect DocuSign"
  3. Enter your DocuSign Integration Key and User ID
  4. Configure authentication method (JWT or Authorization Code)
  5. Click Verify to test the connection
  6. Upon successful verification, the integration status is updated to verified
note

You can find your DocuSign Integration Key and User ID in the DocuSign Developer Console. For production use, ensure you have the appropriate DocuSign plan with API access.
