Atlassian

Overview

Atlassian provides a suite of productivity and collaboration tools including Jira for issue tracking and project management, Confluence for documentation, and Bitbucket for code collaboration. By connecting Suger to Atlassian, you can automatically create Jira issues, update Confluence pages, and streamline your DevOps workflows for cloud marketplace operations.

Org-Level vs User-Level

User-Level Only: Atlassian integration is configured per user. Each user authenticates with their own Atlassian account via OAuth.

Create User Integration

Authenticate

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > User Integrations
  2. Click Connect Now in the Atlassian section
  3. You will be redirected to Atlassian to authorize
  4. Grant access to your Atlassian workspace
  5. Return to Suger to confirm the connection
note

Each user connects their own Atlassian account. The integration uses OAuth to authenticate with Atlassian.

Edit Integration

Editing not supported. Delete and recreate.

Delete Integration

Deleting removes the integration and immediately revokes access to Atlassian.

warning

Deleting the integration will remove access to Atlassian immediately. Check Atlassian documentation for any cleanup steps regarding issues, pages, or repositories created by Suger.
