Intuit QuickBooks is a cloud-based accounting software that helps businesses manage finances, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Org-Level vs User-Level
Org-Level: Uses OAuth for organization-wide access. Best for company-wide accounting and billing management.
User-Level: Not typically supported for billing integrations.
Create Integration (Org-Level)
Prerequisites
- Intuit QuickBooks account with API access
- Appropriate permissions to authorize OAuth
Authenticate
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect QuickBooks"
- Enter Client ID and Client Secret
- Authorize via OAuth in the popup
- Verify the connection
Edit Integration
Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.
Delete Integration
Deleting removes the integration from Suger.
