Overview

Intuit QuickBooks is a cloud-based accounting software that helps businesses manage finances, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Org-Level vs User-Level

Org-Level: Uses OAuth for organization-wide access. Best for company-wide accounting and billing management.

User-Level: Not typically supported for billing integrations.

Create Integration (Org-Level)

Prerequisites

  • Intuit QuickBooks account with API access
  • Appropriate permissions to authorize OAuth

Authenticate

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect QuickBooks"
  3. Enter Client ID and Client Secret
  4. Authorize via OAuth in the popup
  5. Verify the connection

Edit Integration

Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.

Delete Integration

Deleting removes the integration from Suger.
