DNS Management
Overview
DNS management integrations allow you to connect your domain registrar and DNS provider to Suger for automated domain verification, DNS record management, and certificate provisioning. This integration streamlines the process of setting up custom domains and SSL certificates for your marketplace.
Org-Level vs User-Level
Org-Level: Uses API key or OAuth for organization-wide access.
User-Level: DNS integrations are org-level only and do not support user-level connections.
Create Integration (Org-Level)
Prerequisites
- DNS provider account (e.g., Cloudflare, Route 53, GoDaddy, Namecheap)
- API access or OAuth credentials for your DNS provider
Authenticate
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect DNS Provider"
- Select your DNS provider from the list
- Enter credentials or authorize via OAuth
- Click Verify to test the connection
- Upon successful verification, the integration status is updated to
verified
Supported DNS providers include Cloudflare, Amazon Route 53, Google Cloud DNS, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and others. Each provider may have different authentication requirements.

Delete Integration
Deleting removes the integration and stops automated DNS management.
Check your DNS provider documentation for cleanup steps. You may need to manually remove any DNS records created by Suger.
