Track Partner Collaborations
Every invitation you send or receive creates a collaboration thread. Track them from the Pending Invitations panel on the All Partners tab.
Overview
There is no separate Collaborations page. Invitations awaiting a response surface in a collapsible Pending Invitations panel that sits above the All Partners table, so you see what is outstanding in the same place you work your partner list.
The panel shows both directions:
- Outbound — invitations you sent that are still waiting on the other side.
- Inbound — invitations another organization has sent you.
Each row carries a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Sent and awaiting a response. |
| Accepted | The other side accepted; the partnership is live. |
| Declined | The other side declined. |
| Expired | The invitation lapsed without a response. |
Open an invitation’s details
- Go to Suger Console, then Partners.
- On the All Partners tab, expand Pending Invitations.
- Click any row to open the thread, which shows the full invitation — who sent it, what was asked for, and the message that went with it.
Only the first few rows are listed inline; use View all to see the rest.
Respond to an inbound invitation
Open the row’s ⋯ menu and choose Accept or Decline. Accepting creates the partnership immediately; declining closes the thread and notifies the sender.
Cancel an invitation you sent
Open the row’s ⋯ menu on an outbound invitation and choose Cancel invitation. Suger asks you to confirm, and warns that the partner will no longer be able to accept it.
Start a new invitation
Invitations are created from the invite wizard rather than from this panel. See Invite Partners for the single and bulk flows.
