Entitlements
Overview
When a buyer subscribes to your product on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, Suger creates and maintains an entitlement that tracks the subscription lifecycle. Marketplace events (and periodic sync) drive the entitlement state.
Lifecycle

| Release instance | Cancels the entitlement |
Suger also periodically syncs entitlements from the marketplace to reconcile any events it may have missed. Trial subscriptions are recognized and flagged.
Auto-cancel suspended entitlements
Suspended (expired) entitlements can be automatically cancelled after a configurable number of days. You can also configure how many days before an entitlement ends Suger sends an expiry notification.
