Console
The Suger Console is where your team runs the marketplace business day to day. These pages cover the screens in its main navigation that work across every cloud: the Home dashboard, the product catalog, private offers, the companies you sell to, and the contacts attached to your deals — plus the Support page in the top bar, where you raise tickets with the Suger team. The steps that belong to one cloud — building a listing, creating or accepting an offer on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud — are in that marketplace’s section.

Check the day’s activity
- Home Dashboard — marketplace activity, disbursed revenue, and time-sensitive deals such as expiring offers, at a glance.
Manage what you sell
- Products — browse, create, and manage your marketplace listings across clouds in one catalog, and read each product’s status and history.
- Private Offers — track, share, and act on private offers across AWS, Azure, and GCP: cancel, clone, extend, notify contacts, build an AWS offer set, and read each cloud’s offer statuses.
Know who you sell to
- Companies — every customer account across your marketplaces, with its entitlements, offers, and activity.
- Contact Page — the people on your deals: open a contact’s details, attach co-sell contacts, and rank partner reps by co-sell performance.
Get help from the Suger team
- Support Tickets — raise a ticket with the Suger team from the console, attach files, follow the conversation, and close or reopen it.
