Chrome Extension
The Suger Chrome Extension puts Suger in Chrome’s side panel, so you can work with your cloud-marketplace data on the pages you already use — the Suger Console, Salesforce, HubSpot, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud — without switching tabs.
Ask about the page you’re on in plain language, run pre-built skills with / commands, and let Suger prepare records for you with your approval. On a Salesforce opportunity or HubSpot deal, a widget shows the related offers, entitlements, referrals, and funding, and can start a new private offer, resale authorization, co-sell referral, or funding request pre-filled from the record.
Prerequisites
- Google Chrome and a Suger account — the extension uses the same session as the Suger Console.
Get started
- Install Suger from the Chrome Web Store and pin the icon.
- Open the side panel, sign in, and confirm the active organization.
- Ask a question about the current page, or type
/to run a skill.
See the Quick Guide for the full walkthrough and Available Skills for the skill catalog.
Access and safety
- Authentication: your existing Suger Console session — no separate key to manage.
- Automation boundary: Suger only takes automated actions on a fixed, built-in list of trusted sites (Suger Console, Salesforce, HubSpot, AWS Console and Marketplace, Azure Portal and Microsoft Partner Center, Google Cloud Console); this list can’t be extended. Anything that changes state always requires your explicit approval, regardless of the autonomy setting. In the side panel’s Settings → Allowed websites, you can review and remove sites you previously chose to always allow (which suppresses future approval prompts on that domain).
Troubleshooting
If the extension misbehaves, confirm you’re signed in with the correct organization, refresh the page and reopen the side panel, update the extension from the Chrome Web Store, and reinstall if local state seems stale. If the issue continues, contact Suger support.
