Apache Superset

Overview​

Apache Superset is an open-source business intelligence and data exploration platform. Integrate with Superset to embed dashboards, create custom reports, and visualize marketplace analytics within your Suger workflows.

Org-Level vs User-Level​

Org-Level: Uses OAuth or API key for organization-wide dashboard embedding and reporting.

User-Level: Individual user authentication for personal Superset access.

Create Integration (Org-Level)​

Prerequisites​

  • Apache Superset instance (self-hosted or cloud)
  • Superset API access with appropriate permissions
  • API key or OAuth credentials

Authenticate by API Key​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Superset"
  3. Enter your Superset instance URL
  4. Enter your Superset API key
  5. Verify the connection

Authenticate by OAuth​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Superset"
  3. Select OAuth authentication
  4. Authorize Suger to access your Superset instance
  5. Verify the connection

Create Integration (User-Level)​

Prerequisites​

  • Personal Superset account or instance access
  • API key or OAuth credentials

Authenticate​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Superset"
  3. Select User-Level connection
  4. Enter your Superset credentials
  5. Verify the connection

Edit Integration​

Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.

Delete Integration​

Deleting removes the integration from Suger.

warning

This does not delete your Superset dashboards or data. Check Superset for any additional OAuth app cleanup if needed.
