Suger

Service Quotas

Overview

Service quotas are limits on the number of resources that can be provisioned in a given time period. It’s designed to help guarantee the availability of Suger resources and prevent accidental provisioning of more resources than needed.

View service quotas

You can view your service quotas in the Suger Console settings page.

Services that are not metered here

The quota list also reports which services your organization has. AI Usage is no longer one of them: the row reports Not available and carries no quota, usage, or remaining figures.

That is deliberate, not an outage. AI spend is enforced against the billing ledger rather than against a counter on this page, so the figures live in the billing console alongside the balance they are checked against. Reading them from the quota list would have meant reporting a number nothing enforces.

Request a quota increase

If you exceed one of the quotas, you will not be able to provision more resources related to that quota.

You can request a quota increase by submitting a support ticket or contacting our sales team.
