Overview
Atlassian provides a suite of collaboration tools including Jira for issue tracking and project management and Confluence for documentation and knowledge management. By connecting Suger to Atlassian, the Suger AI agent can create and update Jira issues and Confluence pages and automate your team’s project and documentation workflows.
Org-Level vs User-Level
User-Level Only: Atlassian integration is configured per user. Each user authenticates with their own Atlassian account via OAuth.
Create User Integration
Authenticate
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > User Integrations
- Click
Connect Nowin the Atlassian section - You will be redirected to Atlassian to authorize
- Grant access to your Atlassian workspace
- Return to Suger to confirm the connection
Suger AI Tools
When Atlassian is connected, the Suger AI agent can work across Jira and Confluence through Suger’s built-in tools (78 actions). Capabilities are grouped below.
User-level: Each user connects their own Atlassian account; multi-site access is resolved via the connected account’s accessible resources.

Edit Integration
Editing not supported. Delete and recreate.
Delete Integration
Deleting removes the integration and immediately revokes access to Atlassian.
