Overview

Apollo is a sales intelligence platform that provides comprehensive data about leads, contacts, and companies. It helps users find verified contact information, enrich CRM data, and streamline outbound prospecting workflows.

Org-Level vs User-Level

Org-Level: Uses API key for organization-wide access. Best for company-wide data sync.

User-Level: Not typically supported for CRM integrations - data is organization-owned.

Create Integration (Org-Level)

Prerequisites

• Apollo account with API access
• Apollo API key with appropriate permissions

Authenticate by API Key

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Click “Connect Apollo”
3. Enter your Apollo API key
4. Verify the connection

Edit Integration

Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.

Delete Integration

Deleting removes the integration from Suger.
