Download Support Ticket Attachment

GET https://api.suger.cloud/org/{orgId}/support/ticket/{ticketId}/attachment/{attachmentId}

Authenticated download of a support-ticket attachment (GitHub-Issues backend). Verifies the caller owns the org and the object lives under the org's key prefix, then redirects to a short-lived signed URL.
