# Mailchimp

## Overview

Mailchimp is an email-marketing and audience-management platform for running campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and tracking engagement. Connect Mailchimp to Suger so the Suger AI agent can act on your marketing data — syncing audiences, managing contacts and tags, launching or scheduling campaigns, and pulling campaign performance reports — alongside your cloud-marketplace workflows.

### Org-Level vs User-Level

> **User-Level Only**: Mailchimp is configured per user. Each user authenticates with their own Mailchimp account via OAuth.

## Create User Integration

### Authenticate

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > User Integrations
2. Click `Connect Now` in the Mailchimp section
3. You will be redirected to Mailchimp to authorize
4. Grant Suger access to your Mailchimp account
5. Return to Suger to confirm the connection

Each user connects their own Mailchimp account. Suger stores the OAuth credential securely and does not support manual credential entry for this integration.

## Suger AI Tools

When Mailchimp is connected, the Suger AI agent can work with your Mailchimp marketing data through Suger's built-in tools (34 actions). Capabilities are grouped below.

> **User-level**: Tools run against the connected user's Mailchimp account.

## Edit Integration

Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.

## Delete Integration

Deleting removes the stored Mailchimp credential from Suger and revokes Suger access to the connected account.

Deleting the integration removes Suger access to Mailchimp immediately. Reconnect the integration if you need to restore access later.
