# Entitlements

Read a live agreement from the HubSpot deal it belongs to, without opening the Suger Console.

---

## Overview

The **Entitlements** tab on the Suger deal card lists the agreements created when a buyer accepted one of your offers. An entitlement is the live contract: the offer is what you sent, the entitlement is what the buyer is actually running on.

## What the card shows

Selecting an entitlement opens its info panel. Which rows appear depends on the marketplace and the contract — a field with nothing behind it is omitted rather than shown empty.

| Field | What it is |
| ----- | ---------- |
| **ID** / **External ID** | Suger's identifier, and the marketplace's own. |
| **Status** | Where the agreement stands. |
| **Type** | The entitlement type. |
| **Offer Delivery Method** | How the offer reached the buyer. |
| **Partner** | The marketplace it came from. |
| **Start Time** / **End Time** | The contract window. |
| **Creation Time** / **Last Update Time** | When Suger created and last synced the record. |
| **Term Length** | The contract term. |
| **Currency** | The contract currency. |
| **Commit Amount** | The committed amount. |
| **Gross Amount** | The gross contract amount. |
| **Invoiced Amount** | What has been invoiced so far. |
| **Billing Cycle** | How often the buyer is billed. |
| **Auto Renew** | **Yes** or **No**. |
| **Renewal Disabled Reason** | Why the agreement will not renew, when it will not. |
| **Initial Agreement ID** | The first agreement in a renewal chain. |
| **Seller Notes** | Notes carried on the agreement. |

## Downloads

Two buttons appear at the bottom of the panel when there is something to fetch:

| Button | What it gives you |
| ------ | ----------------- |
| **EULA** | The end-user licence agreement for the entitlement. |
| **Invoice** | The invoice for the entitlement. |

Both open in a new tab.

## AWS renewal details

An AWS agreement carrying [pre-authorized auto-renewal](/aws-marketplace/pre-authorized-auto-renewal/) terms grows a **Renewal** section, read-only, with the terms the buyer accepted:

| Field | What it tells you |
| ----- | ----------------- |
| **Renewal status** | Whether the agreement is set to renew. |
| **Renewal Pricing** | The uplift shape that was agreed. |
| **Price uplift range** | The pre-negotiated minimum and maximum, on a range term. |
| **Default uplift percentage** | Where inside the range the uplift sits if nobody adjusts it. |
| **Final uplift value** | The figure that will actually be applied. |
| **Renewal count** | How many renewals are authorized. |
| **Lockout date** | The date after which opting out is no longer possible. |
| **Adjustment deadline** | The date after which the uplift can no longer be changed. |
| **Next renewal date** | When the next term begins. |
| **Renewal error** | Shown only when a renewal operation failed, with the message. |

When the offer carried one, a **Renewal payment schedule** follows: the contract duration, the number of installments, and the schedule itself.

**Renewal history** shows the chain of agreements this one belongs to, naming the previous agreement. If Suger has not yet read a predecessor, it says **Predecessor pending** rather than showing a broken chain — the current agreement always renders even when the chain lookup is unavailable.

### Opt out of auto-renewal

The entitlement's actions menu offers **opt out of auto-renewal**, which stops the agreement renewing. It is available only **before the lockout date**.

:::warning
Opting out is not reversible from Suger. Restoring the renewal means a new offer.
:::

Adjusting the uplift percentage inside a pre-negotiated range is done in the [Suger Console](/aws-marketplace/pre-authorized-auto-renewal/), not from the HubSpot card.

### Changes take a few minutes

AWS propagates renewal changes asynchronously, so the card does not update the moment you confirm. Refresh the deal after a few minutes to see the state AWS has recorded.
