# Create a support attachment before the ticket exists

`POST https://api.suger.cloud/org/{orgId}/support/attachment`

Stores a file against the organization, with no ticket, for an image pasted while a ticket is still being written. Requires inline=true — there is no ticket to post a timeline comment on — and returns the URL to reference the file by, which belongs in the description the caller is about to submit. GitHub backend only.
